Andrew David Lichy, Esq. earned a Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1986. Prior to law school, he received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a specialization in International Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983. Admitted to practice in New York since 1987, Andrew is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He served as General Counsel for L & L Wings, Inc. and as Special Counsel at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP. His practice areas include real estate, business transactions, condominium and cooperative law, construction, and commercial leasing. Andrew has a strong record of community involvement, having served as a trustee and board president of the North Merrick Public Library and volunteering with Last Hope Animal Rescue, and is an avid marathon runner.
